Marasai Gaspar Two
I can't ignore him. His second opponent wasn't letting up. He continue to fire on the Marasai's position. This time, Gage evaded by boosting tangent to Marika's mobile suit- not directly at her. Fire erupted around his feet as shots brought him a few meters from death. He encircled her position, using her limited mobility to place her in between Chuck and Daniel. With his saber in his right hand, Gage aimed the rifle with the opposing limb. In this situation, he forced both pilots to try and anticipate who he would attack. Given his nature, the Lieutenant already has his mind made up.
A stream of shots lanced out past Petrenko and towards Finley. I'm not letting you have your way.

Hilda snarled as the little prick wormed its way out of her fire. Her eyes quickly narrowed, though, as they saw and recognized the unit insignia and hull number of the guy. Oh... hello again, bastard. This time, do me a favor and just die quietly, OK?she devoutly wished, knowing this little hotshot would do nothing of the sort on her behalf. Instead, a thin, brief grin crossed her face as he at least dropped his shield. She looked back over at him.
At least, until a rather flashy explosion unwillingly drew her eyeline back over to where that shield had dropped. The hell.... she processed briefly before another flash pulled her eyeline back towards the threat she'd been eyeing. She tried to pull back behind her shield, but wasn't fast enough - the beam blast sheared left arm off at the elbow. Her shock frame kept her from being tossed around too much, but now she was mad. "L'Ciel, where's that support?" she called crisply into the mic as she slewed around, back towards the little bastard.
She still had charge left in her pistol, and she made good use of it, putting more fire downrange as she pushed in closer. Not enough charge... gonna have to get in close and hit this bastard in the nuts with the saber she knew, hammering away with her pistol as she closed, making sure she had a charged beam saber ready to quick-pull...

Chuck saw the little prick slip his fire net like it was nothing and keep going. Hold still...and get off the Kid he thought biting his lip as he ejected a spent E-Pac. The bastard then closed in for the kill on a wounded Petrenko. For a moment, he wasn't seeing the combat around him. That same voice at another time, another place was screaming at him.
Too many of'em! Damnit, rifle's gone, port leg's out, and I got no response on hydraulics. I'm done, boss. Heads-up, two more Zekes at my 10 high for 30, track south ho - and the voice cut off with an explosion as a promising young woman was snuffed out. He then recalled the words he'd scrawled when he'd woken up after finding out Rick was dead.
"No more" he said quietly, hand keying the squad freq without realizing it. He jumped the Rechts into the air on thrusters, closing with Petrenko, his CIWS hammering away at the prick. "Get back up and draw west, Petrenko. Two at your ten track in hot, press offensive" he called to Petrenko as he crashed back to the Earth, slamming a fresh e-pac into his rifle, CIWS still slashing away at the other guy.

“The kick is up and the kick…is…good!” Jaime crowed, thrilled and a little shocked that his ploy actually worked. However, the time to celebrate was cut short as his opponent came charging back in , firing away. Somewhat out of place, the shots tagged his beam spray gun.
Cursing inwardly, Jaime reacted instantly, tossing the sparking gun in the path of the charging machine, hoping that the flash of the capacitors as they discharged would once again be a distraction. He would only have a second or two.
“Gage! Heads up, I’m going to pull a Matador! I’ll try to keep a firing lane open. If not, I’ll continue the dance.”
The words were a reference to a maneuver Ennis had made them practice. Jaime pushed his right foot into the ground as his opponent came charging in, keeping his beam saber ignited, swinging at the torso of the enemy machine. Suddenly he slammed the thrusters on his right foot, the thrust helping him rotate. Jaime reached up, grabbing his second beam saber and swinging it at his opponent’s damaged side.
"Ole!"

GM Quel Melchior Three
Julian was honestly a little disappointed. He had hoped a bit more of a challenge from his chosen foe, assuming that his opponent would be on the same level of the Zeon veterans he had faced in the past. Sadly that didn't seen to be the case. Clashing up close in melee, the experienced pilot quickly spotted an opening in the AEUG pilot's defenses, a one that was commonly made by those who hadn't survived through the hell that was the final weeks of the One Year War.
"You're wide open!"
Using his own shield as a means to knock the GM Recht's own defenses out of the way, his GM Quel brought its beam saber down in quick vertical slice. Leaving a trail of pink energy behind, the blade slammed into the AEUG Mobile Suit's exposed forearm and, after a moment of resistance, sliced clean through. The shield and the hand grasping it fell to the ground with a loud thud, leaving behind a stump of an arm that glowed an angry orange of melted metal.
Rather than relent, Julian was quick to continue his assault. Using a shield bash as a feit, he swung his beam saber around once again to try and strike at his enemy's remaining arm or head. He was ready to slowly pick this pilot apart rather than grant them a swift end. It would serve as a lesson, especially if the pilot managed to get out of this alive. Julian couldn't stand when those who were unprepared tried to throw themselves into a battlefield. Too many had died needlessly because of it.
"You think this is a game!?!"

GM Rechts, Gemini Three
Ben grinned as his shot hit home, tearing through the upper half of the Quel’s shield. It wasn’t a perfect hit but it was definitely something the Titan couldn’t just shrug off and treat as business as usual. Rearing up the bazooka once more for another shot and pulling the trigger, the only things Ben heard and saw were the unwelcome sound of an empty click and flashing lights of a locked on warning.
“Damn, I’m out,” he muttered to himself as he hastily threw up his shield, positive that he wouldn’t be able to get clear in time. Not a moment too soon either, as the incoming beam crashed into the Rechts’ shield, a flash lighting up in front of him. Safe for now but he needed to keep moving. Ejecting the spent cartridge and firing up its thrusters, the GM Rechts leapt into the air and fell back further into the forest, firing its vulcans at its black and blue counterpart as it made its way back down.
Crashing down through a pack of trees, Ben slammed a new magazine into the bazooka, “Hey, Hilda, how much time do we have?”

Marasai Gaspar One
Victoria groaned as more rockets flew her way and pulled a hard spin while she worked on her other problem of having an empty weapon. In mid spin Victoria ejected the spent E-pac and slotted in a new fresh E-pac home with a solid slap and lowered the beam rifle to hip level. With the worry of more fire still in mind the Marasai stayed mobile and began serving around to keep moving.

Marika did her best trying to orient her GM to track the incoming enemy unit she kept the shield ready, nothing seemed to stop this guy though and he surged forward guns blazing. Little to do in the matter Marika hunkered down and held the shield at the best angle she could. The shield did what little it could but held barely before collapsing under it's own weight from the damage and Marika using it as a brace. She as in the middle of standing her ground to try and lay into the enemy monoeye when Chuck's message came in as well as his peppering CIWS.
"About time Chuck!" Marika flexed the GM's sticks and found little movement in the left leg. Muttering a curse she cut off the power feed to the left leg thrusters and tried to figure out where her little stunt would put her. "Left leg is fragged I can't move with any degree of direction but I can get out of your way!" Gritting her teeth Marika gunned her thrusters and with her right leg still working she was awkwardly guided to the left without the left leg to provide some direction, this of course meant she couldn't stop her little jump as she crashed into trees and landed hard. Using her GM's left hand Marika propped her mobile suit up. "Gotta reload..." With the mumble Marika drew a E-pac off the waist armor and slotted it in.

Rick Dias Gemini Two
With his main weapon down, Fred didn't want to be left open and so he grabbed the second beam pistol, holding the bazooka in the left hand to do so. He then took aim at the enemy machine once again and fired at the thing, he wanted to kill the prick obviously but right now the fire was meant to keep the enemy busy while he reloaded. As soon as he finished firing, Fred put the beam pistol away and reloaded the bazooka with another standard load. He missed the hip mounted 90mm magazines on his old GMs, shield mounted mags required switching hands, and while this thing had a couple hardpoints on it, he had grabbed one from the shield this time.
Based on the way the enemy was moving, he seemed to be keeping the other pilot busy at least, he just hoped it was enough to keep the asshole off him for a few seconds. When Regard asked Steiner how much time they had left, Fred looked at the rest of his fellow members of the Gemini team, remembering that he wasn't off on his own like he'd been acting. He didn't like what he saw though, no one was pushing through the enemy and it appeared that Steiner's machine was already missing an arm. At this point he wasn't going to expect Taurus to flank the enemy, if they were actually doing that, it should have already happened. Instead they seemed content to simply throw themselves in with Gemini from his perspective. "Gemini One, I can break off my target, and move in for support." he said to her as he got himself ready to move in if she needed it.

Marasai Gaspar Two
"Gaspar Two here, I need backup."
The CIWS pelted his armor as Chuck gained on his position. He was fortunate Marika wasn't attacking in conjunction, or he would be missing a few limbs right now.
In just a few seconds, he would have two targets firing on his position. One lost some of its mobility, and the other was doing everything it could to cover its wing mate. This isn't good. He held onto one particular advantage as long as he continued to hold both a beam spray gun and a beam saber: neither of his opponents would be able to effectively decide who he was attacking as long as he remained in close range. There lied his greatest strength.
His next maneuver was broken into three parts: Ingress, faux, and an attack. First, he made an ingress on Marika's position rapidly at a diagonal vector, attempting to keep himself out of Chuck's direct line of sight as much as possible. As soon as he was on top of her position, he initiated a false swipe to convince Marika of his target of choice. In an instant, the rockets on the Marasai flared to life- launching it just above Marika. The foot of his mobile suit attempted to land near her head or shoulder to clear the height hurdle. Now! He squeezed the trigger after landing the crosshair on the GM Rechts in front of him.

Rick Dias Taurus Leader
For a moment, Eddy thought he was seeing things as the clay shell exploded into pellets but didn’t miss its target this time. The shotgun-like spread pelted the entirety of the Marasai, sending it stumbling back as the pellets did their work and hampered the mech’s maneuverability and joint motors. Of course, he would have preferred something more direct like blowing the head off to hamper Ennis’ visual capability but Eddy wasn’t about to look a gift horse in the mouth. Time to up the ante...
As the Marasai came to a standstill, reeling from the impact of the clay pellets on its frame Eddy kept up the offensive, hitting the throttle pedal and boosting forward, pointing the right shoulder of the Rick Dias toward Ennis’ chest in an attempt to check him. At the same time, he opened up a hatch on the left random binder and whipped out one of his beam sabers, swinging the blade just as it ignited in a downward slash as he attempted some nasty melee damage while stunning the Marasai. Norman, if you can hear me...lend me some luck from the beyond right now, okay?

Hilda grinned thinly as her fire finally caught pay dirt, tagging the little prick's weapon. You're not half bad, Black Leg. But this is my turf. And now you don't have a ranged weapon... she thought, considering the possibilities of a few moves down the line. Of course, that was a few moves ahead - he was still on her and swinging his sabers with reckless abandon. A twinkle crossed her eye as she recognized a standard - and dated - combat tactic that the Feddies had put on her a few years ago. "Gonna have to do better than that boy" she taunted on the open channel, stomping on a thruster pedal.
Her Dias leaped away, her opponent's saber finding nothing but air as she backpedaled and stowed her own saber. Her hand snaked back and pulled out the beam pistol, now fully charged, and leveled it right at him. Cutting her port engines as she screamed back towards the ground, she drifted sideways, generating lateral separation from the little snot. "L'Ciel, now" she called, hammering away with the pistol as the impact with the ground threw her around in her cockpit. I really need to learn to handle the squadron as a unit better.... she fumed. Still, though, L'Ciel would open fire momentarily to assist. Her own fire kicked through the forest, screaming at Neston as the first streaks of weapons fire finally left the last-minute addition to their team...

Rui took a steadying breath to calm herself as the fire finally finished around her. She'd lost her suit's head in the opening volley, but after that they'd stopped aiming for her. Lost my targeting optics, but I'll be damned if these idiots pulled down by gravity stop me!
Steiner called for support against a target that she'd clipped, and Rui obliged, leveling her beam rifle .
"Gotcha covered, Hilda" she called, ignoring comm protocol as she blazed away with her rifle at the Titan unit. The pink lances of energy leaped out, right for the sucker as Rui finally got herself into the fight.

GM Quel Gaspar 2
Jaime let out a disappointed hiss as his opponent darted backwards, avoiding his attacks and darting backwards artfully. Still, it did give him the chance to finally figure out what was happening with his wing. Gage was calling for urgent backup, which had originally been the plan before being forced into yet another up close fight.
“Roger that Gaspar 2, I’ve finally got some breathing room.”
Jaime’s comments were cut off as a second person joined in with the Zeke special that had been pursuing him, both coordinating their fire as they opened up on him.
“Ohshit Ohshit Ohshit Ohshit!” Jaime swore in rapid-fire fashion as he pushed his petals to the max. It wasn’t enough, one of the blasts tearing off his right arm at the elbow. Desperate to survive, Jaime pushed his thrusters, forgetting for a moment that he was Earthside again and not in space. The movement caused his Quel to leapfrog into the air, legs pedaling. “Craaaa-“ In spite of himself, a sudden feeling of weightlessness made his heart flutter like no amusement ride ever could. “I gotta do that again!”
Jaime struck the ground, stumbling a bit, but relieved to be out of the way for a bit.
“Gasper 2, I’m ready to…oh crap.”
It seemed that Gage had run up again, and while Jaime could chase after him, instead of swinging swords side by side, the best he could do would be to get close. But as he quickly surveyed the battlefield, he noticed drag marks and his heart caught in his throat.
“Gage, you have someone holed up behind you! They have your back!”
Jaime stared down the machine with grim determination. “And I have it too.”
Jaime let out another warrior’s cry as he pumped his thrusters and leapt again, suspending himself in the air as he drew is remaining beam saber back, the blade glowing in the air as he tried to use gravity to make himself a trickier target and to add momentum to his strike on the GM knockoff hiding in the trees.

"That's not good enough, you little bastard." Katharyn hissed under her breath as she maneuvered out of the enemy unit's line of fire, by and large avoiding the enemy's vulcan fire. A few rounds hit, scoring the armor, but nothing major. She stayed on the move, keeping careful track of her surroundings, but focusing primarily on her quarry even as he retreated. She stayed on the move to prevent the enemy from getting too far from her. She had one shot left in her rifle before needing to reload.
She took a deep breath, taking careful aim at her fleeing target, targeting central mass - ideally, the cockpit. She was by no means a sniper, and preferred fighting at medium range, but the limited mobility due to the terrain meant she was less able to use her suit's speed to her advantage in her attacks. So she took careful aim and opened fire.
