Kilimanjaro /

Asia was the under the firm control of the Duchy of Zeon's ground occupation during the One Year War. Extending into South East Asia, the Zeon forces used this as a staging ground for attacks into Europe and North America. Since then, it has been firmly under Earth Federation control. Its most notable locations are the Murasame Research Lab and Hong Kong.

Europe was priority target for Zeon Forces during the One Year War, and was home to the earliest land battle engagements of the conflict. From Odessa, Zeon extended its influence into Western Europe and North Africa until its fall in early November 0079.

Torrington Base /

The major population centers in Australia were devastated by Operation British during the One Year War. Part of the east coast of the continent remains submerged in water. It remained under Zeon occupation during the majority of the conflict. Its only major landmark is the major Earth Federation base at Torrington. There is also a Titans base at New Guinea.

Augusta Research Lab / California Base / Hickory /

After a massive battle at New York City, North America quickly fell into Zeon hands in the interregnum period of the One Year War. Its sparse, open landscape made it difficult to occupy. Consequently, many Earth Federation locations, such as the Augusta Research Lab, remained untouched. During Operation Stardust, a colony was dropped over the American Midwest- destroying most of the Earth Federation's bread basket. Key Federation bases are: The California Base and the Augusta Base. The Anti-Earth Union Group also have a small presence at Hickory and Kennedy Spaceport.

This continent is home to the underground super fortress and headquarters of the Earth Federation Forces: Jaburo. During the One Year War, the Duchy of Zeon made repeated attempts at capturing and/or destroying it with little success. To this day, it remains heavily guarded and a prime target for the Anti-Earth Union Group.

The geosynchronous orbit above Earth is plagued with debris of several close calls and many engagements of the earlier stages of the One Year War. Gravity continues to occasionally pull debris down to lower orbit. The smaller debris disintegrates in the atmosphere, and the larger debris adds to the many craters over the continents and oceans. Combat in this area is hazardous, due to the large gravity well. Caution is advised.
