History
As the Anti-Earth Union Group became increasingly militarized, they realized that their up-modded GM series units who could trace their lineage all the way back to the One Year War would be outclassed. They reached out to Anaheim Electronics, contracting the weapons manufacturer to build them several new units. The largest production run was for a new general purpose unit to replace the aging GM Customs and GM Rechts that were the mainstay of their mobile suit force. Anaheim produced the Nemo, drawing on Zeonic inspiration and breakthrough technology to create a unit that was affordable for mass production as well as well specced.
Superior in every way to the aging descendants of the GM line, the Nemo incorporates strong agility and an excellent weapons fit. While it lacks the blinding speed of the new Methuss line, or the special tricks of some of the other units Anaheim has in the pipeline, the Nemo is, in one word, solid. A fine unit that combines easy handling with strong firepower, the AEUG is getting this fielded as fast as it can to combat the new lines of Titans units...
